The Mwarmwar represents the Carolinians as the Latte Stone reflects the Chamorros and the one star that guides all. 

The peoples of the CNMI are the Chamorros and the Carolinian. 
Most for the populations inhabit the 3 southern most islands - Saipan, Tinian, and Rota. 
Very few people inhabit a couple of the other northern islands as the descendants of the original landowners. 

Food: Same as Guam - Red Rice, BBQ, Keleguin, Salad

Word of the Day: Brau't

Personal Experience: My primary and secondary education is in Saipan. Saipan Community School, Calvary Christian Academy, Marianas Baptist Academy, Marianas High School.

    Interestingly the language evolves and sometimes introduces new variations to words. For example the word of the day listed as "Brau't" is sometimes shortened to "Bat" by the younger generation. A vey enjoyable blog. Job well done!
